Terms of sale

1. What you are buying

• One-time credit packs only. There is no subscription, no membership and no auto-renewal. Nothing is ever charged again unless you start a new purchase yourself.
• One credit produces one finished photo. A credit is consumed when a generation is started on your behalf.
• Credits do not expire and are tied to your account. They are not transferable, not resellable and cannot be paid out in cash.
• Credits have no independent value. They are a prepaid unit of access to the generation service, not e-money and not a voucher for third-party goods.

2. The service

You upload photographs of yourself, choose a style, and our service generates new images of you in that style using AI models. Results are probabilistic: they vary between runs and may contain visual errors, distorted details or an imperfect likeness. Review every image before you publish it. We do not warrant that any particular result will be usable, flattering or accurate, and we make no promise about matches, replies or dating outcomes.

3. Contract formation and price

• Displaying credit packs is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. The contract is concluded when you complete payment in Stripe Checkout and we confirm the order by granting the credits.
• The price shown before you enter Checkout is the final price, inclusive of any applicable VAT, in the currency shown. No further fees are added by us. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion charges.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your receipt is issued by Stripe by email.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

Credits are digital content delivered immediately. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the waiver we ask you to give at checkout, and our discretionary refund practice for failed generations are set out in full in our refund and withdrawal policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or upload photographs.
• Your own face only. You may only upload photographs of yourself. Uploading images of another person — including a partner, a friend, a public figure or a child — is prohibited without exception, even with that person's permission.
• You must hold the rights to every image you upload, and uploading must not infringe anyone's copyright, personality rights or privacy.
• You may not use the service to create sexual, defamatory, deceptive, harassing or unlawful imagery, to impersonate anyone, or to produce material designed to mislead about a real person's conduct or identity.
• You may not attempt to circumvent credit accounting, rate limits or access controls, nor use automated means to access the service.

6. Rights in the images

• You keep all rights in the photographs you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, transmit and process them in order to produce your results.
• As between you and us, the generated images are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
• We do not use your uploads or your results to train AI models, and we contractually require the same of our processors.
• AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. We make no representation about their protectability.

7. Storage and deletion

• Your uploads become inaccessible exactly 120 hours after upload and are physically deleted within 15 minutes of expiry.
• Your generated photos remain in your gallery until you delete them. Download anything you want to keep; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
• If you delete your account, unused credits lapse without compensation and your generated images are removed.

8. Availability

The service is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, model-provider outages and updates can cause temporary interruptions. Where a generation fails for a reason within our control, see the refund policy.

9. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 5, in particular the own-face rule. Where the breach is serious, unused credits may be forfeited; otherwise we refund the unused portion.

10. Liability

• We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.
• For slight negligence we are liable only where an essential contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) is breached, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
• Any further liability is excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
• We are not liable for how you use generated images, or for consequences arising from publishing them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in force for a purchase is the version published at the moment of that purchase; later changes never apply retroactively to credits you already hold.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
